Whoever (I think Indian) woman is that was working there today should be fired! I just rung about some information of a simple ADD diagnosis and she said she was getting me thr information and then redirected me to to a random call centre!? She now won't answer my calls now. I need this information. Absolutely useless!

Very poor care of patients. They only care about themselves an not the sick patient. I have not sleeped n over 13 days an mental health do not care or can help. Why even have a service if they don't listen or help

The approach of queensland health is not prevention of mental health episodes but rather to only treat acute cases of mental illness once it has gone to far and the community or the person become a risk this approach is piss poor and i find myself getting so frustrated with the system that sometimes i think id do better without them. Also the NDIS does not fund psychiatry and states that if we dont have the money to go private we must use a failing at every level public health system.

Literally can't believe the level of apathy two of these consultants had. My partner who has severe depression and anxiety was left in tears and completely broken down after a conversation with a lady named Leanne. Leanne completely belittled and downplayed the severity of every issue my partner listed like it was nothing and something you can just get over. To say I was livid was an understatement. So I called and asked to speak with a supervisor, got put through to another lady named Leanne, and as I was stating my concerns with the conversation my partner just had, she did the exact same thing to me. Dismissed my concerns as if they weren't even valid and made excuse after excuse for the previous Leanne's deplorable behaviour. I understand this is a government establishment and their care factor is zero, but to have this outcome from a mental health service is disgusting in every sense of the word.

Terrible table service. My fish was undercooked. Overpriced. I wouldn't go but they just don't take NO for an answer. I'd rather make my own homemade pizza from now on.
