Went to this medical center as an overseas visitor.
Waited an hour more even though I scheduled the appointment ahead.
Reception was horrible, they took my credit card without explaining what’s the procedure.
when asking for it back the receptionist replied cynically and said I could go without seeing the doctor and she didn’t go shopping with my card.
Seeing the doctor was not a pleasant experience. He was not really listening to me and after seeing that I clearly have an inflammation in my ears he prescribed Zyrtec which is an anti histamine. He said if I’ll feel worst after taking them, only then he’ll prescribe antibiotics.
Needless to say it didn’t help at all.
Will not go there again! Not recommended at all!

What an excellent medical centre. We are travelling Australia and I attend a medical centre every month for an ongoing medical issue. The doctors Dr Kelly and Dr Cho Cho were outstanding. They were very thorough and kind. The nurses were absolutely lovely and very professional. I had an issue with my medication so the nurses kindly rescheduled my appointment and solved my issue. Best medical centre I have ever attended. Highly recommend.

Receptionist was incredibly rude. I waited for over 10 minutes for her to talk to her friend on the phone, not once acknowledging our presence. At one stage she mentioned to her caller she had to go as she had to move her car, not mentioning she had customers waiting to make an appointment. She then proceeded to talk for another 5 minutes before we walked out.

This used to be a very good medical centre but has declined since doctor VJ left. The nurse is brilliant and so are the girls at the front counter. Watch out for the doctor with the hawaiian shirts on as he is only useful if you require an oil change as all he appears to prescribe for ailments is fish oil tablets.He disregards the reason you came and makes up his own agenda. Very frustrating and difficult to deal with.

Their booking site is impossible to use. It keeps saying that my time is up and too late. I cannot make a booking. I am suicidal but they are uninterested in making it easy to book an appointment.

I have found the medical center to be fantastic. All the administration staff are friendly and helpful. The online appointment booking facility is very user friendly and time saving. The practice has provided medical care for myself, my wife and our 4 children for a couple of years now. The range of services on offer such as, immunizations, means it is a one stop shop. For the last 12 months I have been recovering from numerous injury's sustained in an accident. Dr Wright has been a great support in looking after me during my recovery. He has such a diverse range of knowledge and skills that he is not only able to provide great medical care but is also able to help patients work through aspects of there life that may be affecting there health or recovery.

Shocking receptionist. Ive seen a number of reviews here about how nice they are. Well Ive been twice now and they were bad both times. This time I arrived and the only receptionist was on the phone. I stood at the counter as required in front of her. She didnt spare me a glance. She finished her call and immediately took another one still without looking at me. After that call without raising her eyes she starts talking to another patient who is already seated so they come over and sort out some issue. At this point after about 4 minutes she finally looks at me for the first time and asks "You right?" as if its weird Im even there. No smile nothing. Poor customer service at its best.
