I find these reviews here against Dr. Best hilarious. If you don't like a straight shooter who doesn't sugarcoat things, then just request a different doctor, it's that simple. Don't slander the entire clinic. To the one who said the doctor gave you gastro tablets for diarrhoea without checking you... what was he supposed to do, probe you and drink a few samples so you're satisfied they did more than say sounds like gastro? They're the doctor that's seen it a million times before. Who do you think you are to say they should do more thoroughly examining before saying you've got the runs? All these whining and complaints about petty little things that didn't make you feel special, or they weren't open when you needed them, or they told you to go to the hospital... get over yourselves. Know the difference between what a clinical doctor and a surgeon is, make the right choice between a clinic and hospital, and don't base your reviews on being inconvenienced by your own stupidity or your need to be comforted instead of actually diagnosed. A cuddle and telling you you're special isn't a cure for your illnesses.

P.S. triage nurses are fantastic, and when they take blood, they've all been very good. No butchers at this clinic. Been going here for over ten years and never had a complaint. Dr. Best is the only one I can agree can be a bit rude, but least he's honest and straight forward. Many people prefer it that way. If you're thin skinned and need someone to tell you you're pretty when you break a nail, simply ask to see another doctor, else the problem is YOU, not the clinic or your judgement of an entire clinic judged by you over 1 person. That says more about the type of person you are over someone who has a brain to use and just slanders the entire place instead.

So I’ve had the worst two days at this clinic. I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years. Yesterday Sunday I booked to see the doctor as I’ve been having the worst earache so I was so happy to see that they had appointments available. Booked my appointment it’s was all good, then I rocked up to the clinic, only to find a note on the door saying that they closed at 1pm today and that for any medical help, please go to sunshine hospital. Like no phone call or text message letting me know any of this. Then today I booked another appointment. Then when I’m leaving putting the kids in the car, I get asked to move my door and when I looked it’s my doctor that I see all the time doctor geetha. I said to her sorry I’m putting my kids in the car I closed my door and she looks at me funny and starts to wipe a scratch off her car. I told her I didn’t scratch your car. And then she gets in her car and her husband just starts to abuse me telling me I damaged his car and that I need to be more careful. So now I’ll be needing to find a new clinic because getting abused by your doctors husband isn’t the greatest feeling and I can’t
look at her the same!

I had a very negative experience with this Dr Lyndon Best. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I wasn’t being heard or treated with respect. The doctor was dismissive, unprofessional, and didn’t seem to care about my concerns about my 3yo son. The entire visit felt rushed and impersonal, and I left feeling more frustrated than when I came in. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone based on my experience. His last name should be WORST, not BEST.

Left work feeling unwell and got worse when l went home bone pain stomach pain vomiting and diarrhea,l closed an appointment with D. Sanjay Banik which l had a bad experience before with him but didn’t have another doctor available so l went to see what l had to tell my workplace because l’m working with children. I told him what l felt and had he didn’t even checked me nothing, blood pressure, not even a blood test that may have shown what l had. He just said to go home rest take Panadol and gave me a medical certificate that l’m unfit to work.And when l asked him what l have to tell my workplace and he was guessing that it could be like gastro,l asked him aren’t you going to test me and he answered to me to go go the chemist to buy a test.
And sorry l regretted that l went and paid a full appointment to see him

I took my son to see Dr. Best yesterday, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor. He was incredibly rude, rolling his eyes multiple times during the appointment and providing only generic responses to my questions. He lacked any sense of friendliness or empathy, which is important when dealing with children. On the other hand, I’ve previously seen Dr. Chadfield, who was wonderful with my kids—very friendly, attentive, and professional. I will definitely be avoiding Dr. Best in the future.

It doesn’t seem like I’m the only one unhappy with Dr. Best, based on the reviews. Today, I visited Dr. Best for my son, and I felt disrespected and treated rudely—it made me really angry. The funny thing is, this wasn’t my first experience with him; I just forgot to avoid him when scheduling today’s appointment. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this doctor again.

I would just like to say that Dr Jerome Dimaano has been a God-send. When it comes to chronic illness, care, understanding, and patience he cannot be faulted. His openness to discussion and the ability to listen gives you the patient a choice. You’re not made to feel as though you know nothing about life at all. I have never come across a doctor that is so committed to caring about you, the patient. And I sincerely hope that patients, staff and management appreciate his hard work and dedication. And I cannot thank Dr Jerome enough for taking my care onboard. May he and all that he loves be blessed. Thank you so much.

And thank you Jan for transferring me to him when I was at my absolute lowest and badly injured. Bless you too! You awesome example of female sanity, stoicism and efficiency. You are amazing. I will be forever grateful.
