Been to this doctor for YEARS since I was a baby. Now a grown adult, and the reception lady is incredibly rude (The old Vietnamese lady), on the phone with disgusting attitude. I asked for her name and she refused to hand it over.
She is incredibly rude and disgusting. Foul and ferrel attitude and behavior and customer service. The doctors are great but she is horrid. She had the same disgusting attitude since I was young she even called me fat and commented on my weight a few years ago. She has serious issues, it is not suprising that all of the reviews are about her and her disgusting behavior. The doctors are great but she is horrible.

I and my family have been cared by Dr Mai for a long time already. She is so friendly and very good doctor I recommended. About the reception , I would refer to come on Mon, Tue and Wed because the receptionist is very nice and helpful. But if you come on Thursday to Sat, you will see the other receptionist who is a bit older. She is so unprofessional in her work, not friendly and even bad phone manner. In my opinion, She should take a look at her manner again to be able to keep the clinic image good in long term.

The Worst place of all time.
The receptionist lady, that should go to customer service training.
Her aggorant/unprofessionalism manner is one unforgettable moment. My first time there, walk in and she said I'm unsure when you can see Dr maybe 12pm depends. At least say appointments is needed, please come back later.
Her mannerism is absolutely disgusting, medical is a professional place, the receptionist is beyond it.
Do not go here, cabramatta Dr tien Truong lady Dr is best service.

The doctors are lovely and professional however I have since changed my GP as their receptionist (elderly Vietnamese woman) is so incredibly rude. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt (maybe she was having a rough day) but I’ve interacted with her on more than 5 occasions now. She is simply just a rude and bitter person. She actually goes out of her way to be condescending. I tried to just tolerate her just to see the doctor however I just got sick of the treatment. Unless they hire a new receptionist, I would not recommend going here.

The doctor here are ABSOLUTELY lovely. Dr Mai Tranh has been my doctor since I was a child. Dr Vincent is also incredibly great, completely applaud their efforts in helping patients.

HOWEVER the reason for the low star here is to no surprise, the RECEPTIONIST.
The receptionist here is absolutely terrible, for years she's always been horrifically rude to myself, my family and other patients. Today on this occasion, we had JUST stepped foot into the clinic and without hesitation or wait, she went full on to harass my mother demanding her to get out our medicare card and SHOUTED that "I ALREADY TOLD YOU ON THE PHONE TO BRING IT". After MULTIPLE attempts at telling her that my mum is getting her medicare card out and to relax since it's literally been one second since we entered the empty clinic but she still wouldn't relent. After that when she tried to give me my MRI results back I snatched it out of her hand and she comedically and obliviously started crying blood over "why did you do that 😠 what's your problem" LOOOOL always the toughest that are first to crack over spilled milk. Get a better receptionist and no doubt the reviews will go soaring up.

FIRE THE RECEPTIONIST OR YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR CLIENTS EVENTUALLY. The doctors are great but you got to understand that receptionists are the FIRST IMPRESSIONs of your clinic. And according to most of the reviews here, your receptionist isn’t doing so well….

I usually don’t google review, but the receptionist here(old viet woman) was the rudest person I’ve interacted with ever in my life. I took my dad(52yo) to his appointment and sat with him so that I could translate English for him as he’s not good in English. The receptionist then frustratedly walked straight to me and yelled at me to LEAVE and said “only patient can sit in here!” and that I “have no reason to be here”. I explained to her politely that I came with my dad because he isn’t good in English so he needed translation. She then aggressively replied “Well I don’t think so. I heard him speaking English before”(my dad spoke English to her when giving the Medicare card. He literally JUST said “my daughter called and booked at 10am today”.) I WAS SPEECHLESS AS TO HOW RUDE SHE WAS TO ACCUSED US OF LYING. Me and my dad were very upset due to her RUDENESS AND INCONSIDERATE BEHAVIOUR so we just left. I would never step in there again and would never RECOMMEND anyone to do so as it will be the worst service you would ever experience.
