I am so disappointed in the level of service at this place! From the unprofessional receptionist to the doctor who had sent me home after waiting a good 3 hours! I understand that there was number of people waiting there also and that by the time the doctor had seen me it was way pass closing, however, you cannot just rudely tell your patient "I can't do anything" and send them home! That doctor did not even bother to listen to my story nor allow me to explain and just wanted me out of his clinic so he could go home! Never going back here again!!!

Horrible waiting times. Making an appointment doesn't mean anything. I waited 3 hours to see Dr Phan. Appointment was at 2, saw him at 5pm. Receptionist kept letting others in that didn't have appointments. Only because of the language. There issues all seemed urgent. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone

I’ve been with 7 day Dentist since 2014, we are very happy with the services and we are allways look after. I would recommend everyone to come and try out at 7 day Dentist.

They will try to charge you for things that don't need charges.

I think the ATO needs a visit, will be reporting them.
