Dr Grace and the staff are great howerver nurse Courtney was amazing. I had to have a procedure today and she was so sweet. She talked to me to keep me calm and let me squeeze her hand. She was very comforting during the very uncomfortable prodedure.

Had a telephone consult with Dr Nixon, great doctor but the admin side has let me down. As I did not receive my Medicare rebate I called the practice to check if it had been submitted and was assured that it had been. A week later I called Medicare as I have still not received it, and was advised by Medicare that they have received nothing. So another call to Caboolture Super Clinic (took 8 mins for the phone to be answered), only to be told that they had not submitted anything to Medicare and that it was now too late for them to submit. The person I spoke to had a very unfriendly and abrupt attitude which I found unnecessary given that I was not at fault. I have been into the practice and the waiting room is empty most of the time, so why does it take so long to answer the phone? Now I have to submit the claim myself. Not super service Super Clinic.
