I had excellent service from Dr Ward. He diagnosed my problem straight away and took the right course for me. Also followed through to check on me a couple weeks later after I had returned home interstate. Thank you!

Dr Ward is rude and arrogant. He did not look at my issue properly and prescribed the wrong medication. After severe burns using what he prescribed I saw another specialist who told me to cease using the medication immediately , then had to prescribe medication to fix the damage that was caused.

Never have I felt so disrespected by a medical professional.
I’ve suffered from cluster headaches for over 6 years with evidence, emails, referrals and reports from my neurosurgeon in Sydney. I was seeking a script for oxygen (known treatment for cluster headaches) which was refused.
I could respect his personally choice not to issue the script but when I asked about other treatments he would recommend he spoke about people requesting medical exemptions for Covid and alternate requests from HIV patients which has no relevance to my well documented situation. He refused to read any of my specialist reports, refused to provide any alternative recommendation on treatment and generally demonstrated no empathy.
I’m in extreme pain daily and was trying to avoid a 6 week wait for my neurosurgeon for something a GP can prescribe.

Absolutely appalling!!!! After speaking the reception and explaining I have an ear infection then booking in through the app and filling out all the necessary fields and rushing with 3 young children into the center I was told the doctor would not see me due to me not being fully vaccinated! Absolute joke and total discrimination
