I got a trap with this online purchase at C&A Germany. I had an order with some clothes and a sunglasses online. When the profuct delivered to me there was no sunglasses in the delivery box. So I returned all the items without the sunglasses and wrote several email to the service email about this issue. I did not receive any sunglasses to return to you. However, I did not get any feedback or check / confirm if the packing employee did pick up the item to put in the box at the beginning. I got this trap and I did not know why I have to pay the cost of the sunglasses because it was not in the return box. How could I return the item when I did not receive it? Now I received a letter to force me to pay the money and extra money for sth. Never get this worst experience at other online stores but only here. ?
