RUN RUN RUN - You have other options! Do not use this clinic! The reception/administration is all out sourced to the Phillipines. If I could give zero stars I would. They clearly do not have good processes in place. I was left without medication for two weeks because of the incompetence in managing the correct paperwork to my pharmacy (not sending current TGA approval, then sending the wrong one, promising it's been fixed when it wasn't). The stress this caused and my healthcare being compromised is unacceptable (this was not the first time!) I made a complaint and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a supervisor named Michael who did not care and did not accept any responsibility. It was a such a disgrace. Seriously do yourself a favour and find a local GP that can prescribe cannabis. There are actually quite a few around now. ASK YOURSELF "CAN I RISK BEING WITHOUT MY MEDICATION AND DO I HAVE TIME AND MENTAL CAPACITY TO CHASE CORRECT PAPERWORK AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN"?

After 2 years of CA clinics, I finally left. Staff are rude and don't care about patients, doctors refuse to prescribe what works for you. They often prescribe something completely different to what you ask for (often expensive garbage), sometimes scripts are missing when they send them to the pharmacy. Doctors complain about prescribing certain brands even though THEIR PARTNER PHARMACY HAS THEM IN STOCK.

I changed clinics, never had a doctor complain or say "I can't prescribe that brand".

Save yourself the headache of dealing with this shady clinic or you'll regret it.

Be very careful about using CA clinics for your scripts. There is a staff member called Pam who outright lies to you about your TGA approvals. She tells you they have been done and sent to the pharmacy. Then when u call back you find out that they don’t even have them. Be very careful. I suggest using a different clinic.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!
If I could give them minus one star I would.
I have been with this clinic for almost 2 years under the SAME Doctor and had no problems. Once Dr Nick left 4 months ago, I’ve had NOTHING BUT DRAMA AND STRESS from them.
- Having to wait days for an appointment just to get a script (that MOST TIMES is changed/rescheduled on the day of)
- Not issuing scripts to MY PHARMACY OF CHOICE (aka holding patients to ransom to use THEIR pharmacies AND pay postage)
- Drs change script dosages (aka use 2 different types of flower eg: 1-2gm in am of 1 type, then same in pm but only write up 1 script with least usage ie 0.5gm for entire day), then due to dates, my pharmacist cannot dispense,,, leaving me without flower until date it is due to be dispensed
- Reception staff LYING and telling you that your scripts have been sent to your pharmacy of choice yesterday, then checking with my pharmacy today to be told no email of scripts in inbox/junk,,,,
* when I first started following up on the missing scripts last Thursday (that I had to make ANOTHER Dr appointment) for Wed this week because “due to a family emergency” my appointment last Thursday needed to be cancelled and COULD NOT be rescheduled due to no Dr available. Same scenario for Friday - NO DR AVAILABLE due to personal medical emergency. Monday was a public holiday so again no dr). I had an appointment booked for Tuesday but not the funds to pay for (my only income is dsp. so I needed to reschedule my appointment to yesterday). I “thought” I had explained to Dr.Qasi yesterday the reason WHY I asked for extra script was because 1 x 10gm is not sufficient for the week.
* then told at lunchtime today that “IF” I want my scripts (the ones supposedly sent to my pharmacy yesterday), my pharmacy needs to email CA Clinics to request the scripts that were sent to my “portal” at Grove Pharmacy to be sent to my pharmacy of choice and have been using since I commenced on medicinal cannabis!!
* when I advised receptionist (male), I was unhappy and would be making a complaint he laughed/scoffed at me, and stated to me “I will pass on to all the managers/management so everyone knows you’re not happy”!as much as implying that complaints are not taken seriously and that they really don’t care about their job or patients of the clinic.

Tbh, I don’t expect my pharmacy to receive the missing scripts, that is supposed to be replacing pharmaceutical medication I’ve been taking. ,,, I don’t expect a return call,,,, I don't expect FULL REFUNDS for appointments I’ve paid for, only to be exhorted for Dr appointment, and consult for prescription that is NEVER SENT TO, OR RECEIVED BY MY PHARMACY, then expect this to be sorted out before 5pm (despite 5 calls from me today and told something different each time) on Friday,,,, that my pharmacist can then order.
This situation is COMPLETELY due to CA CLINICS being at fault, but I’m left to suffer as well as having to miss out on this medication.
Up until the time Dr Nicholas Mabarrack left CA Clinics, I recommended them to EVERYONE who was interested in this kind of treatment.
Now,,, that has flipped and I now discourage everyone from using this clinic.

My wife has been with CA Clinic for since 2022, she stopped needing oil in 2024, unfortunately her sever pain came back in 2025. when we tried to get the outdated script entoura oil replaced they said we had to start the process again ( money Grab), paid triage (Fee), booked Dr telehealth (Fee) only to be told cant have entoura oil, script for Hanna Wellness oil that did not help ( waste of Money). Rang back and booked Dr Review (Fee) he agreed to sent Entoura Oil and Cat 5TGA approval to our chemist, did not happen, it went to Precision pharmacy again, rang again & emailed no answer, rang again was told script & TGA would be sent to our chemist, script arrived but no TGA approval, emailed and rang again was told it has been sent now, our chemist said they sent Cat 3 TGA not Cat 5, they rang CA Clinic and finally got It.
All in all this company only want to deal with Precision Pharmacy , they are too hard to deal with, too hard to get in contact with, and cause so much delays in getting help to relieve my wife's pain. You never get the same Doctor to talk too.
We will be going to a Dr whom we can deal with every time it's required.

Pretty ordinary, most of the time. It's difficult to get onto them sometimes, but they eventually reply to emails. My main gripe is the scripts not making it to the website, in which case you have to use the phone again. Not greatly successful phone operators!

The beginning of this journey was great with Dr. Mabarrack as he took the time to listen to me, but now I can't even get in contact with the clinic to get money that they owe me back and nor will my brand new Dr. Speak to me and hear me out with the updates on my mental health support services so I am VERY disappointed with this clinic and how I have been treated... I have being overcharged on medical marijuana twice and I am currently on a 12 weeks waiting list for mental health support services while I have zero medical marijuana products. I have fibromyalgia, which is excruciatingly painful and I also have brain damage from complex PTSD aswel as being autistic I am struggling so much. This clinic is disgusting. I just wanted to speak to my doctor who is now refusing to speak to me unless I have a psychiatrist... Again, it's a very long wait for assistance and I am in agony.

My first prescription for 10:10 THC gummies for intermittent chronic pain issues was received around September last year. They were very effective, a half tablet was usually effective and I never needed more than one to relieve pain and provide relaxation. the only problem the tablets were more like fragile pastels rather than gummies. However that wasn’t a problem. I renewed the prescription late last month. This time the tablets were regular chewy gummies. However their strength seemed much weaker than my initial batch. I need take more gummies, up to 2 and still not get the relief that I had with a half tablet in first batch. Both batches were HANA WELLNESS 10:10 gummies brand. I will need to renew my order soon but am hesitant to order the same and may investigate if their is another similar product.
