I’ve been a devoted consumer of Webbs’ fantastic produce since the 1970s. The steak pies, pork pies and sausage rolls are unbeatable. The sausages are legendary. I also choose to shop here for the amazing farmhouse butter and tasty cheese.

Not a place for quality steaks, I get they’re grass fed but there is little to no marbelling both times I’ve bought steaks. One of them was thinly cut which is really not what you want with a ribeye and apart from supporting a local business I really don’t see a reason to get steak from here. The ribeye I bought didn’t really even look like a ribeye; the muscle at the top that’s the best part of the ribeye was basically not there on my steak and it was very long for a rib-eye, although in fairness I didn’t ask to see the steak they didn’t show me it before bagging it for me. If the owner could shed some light onto why I’ve had this experience I would be more than happy to maybe give a third chance.

Some things in life are worth remembering. A traditional quality butcher, with great pork pies and superb sausage rolls is one for the list. Sadly the sausage roll didn't make it back to the boat...

Visited this shop while on holiday and bought a variety of sausage rolls. Really lovely. Later tried a pork and apple pie. Absolutely gorgeous. I wish I didn’t live 300 miles away for I would love to get my meat and pies here.

This Butchers was recommended to me.
A visit today was an amazing experience.
Very warm welcome from the staff, with a brief explanation of their produce and history
An abundance of quality meats, sheepskin rugs and authentic sawdust.
Looking forward to sampling your food.

Now your talking! The best pork pie I've had in years, the pie crust is amazing and your sausage rolls are beautiful.

Never actually been in the shop myself but my colleague quite often brings me back a pork pie when he's been into Northwich doing bits.
Could be the best pork pie I've ever eaten. They're so good.

Best pies in Northwich, best pies in the north west, best pies possibly in the world. It's our favourite treat to get a steak pie and a pork & apple sausage roll each! Yes we ate all the pies. Love it. Just had a disappointing Lidl pie and realised I needed to say how good Webb's pies were.

Having moved to Cheshire recently, this place looked to be the real deal, absolutely NOT.
I purchased sausages at over £5/lb, awful, fell apart when cooked and tasted grainy.
Black pudding 5 stars, i presume this was not produced on the premises. Braising steak, 2 types offered, best and another? I purchased another, 3 hours later after braising, still needed an hacksaw. Should all the meat not be best given it is twice the price of alternatives. If its not best, feed it to the butchers dog.
Pies and sausage rolls were fantastic, perhaps this place should have a bakery tag rather than a butchers.
As a foodie, anti supermarket buyer, do yourselves a favour and find a quality purveyor of locally produced meat.
