My 17yr old daughter went in to the shop at 4.50pm. She asked if he was closed and he rudely responded “closing”. She asked for 3 rib-eyes with hardly any fat - our personal preference.

She was given 3 lumps of steak with fat throughout the meat.

When she asked could she add a bag to the price, he gruffly told her “you don’t pay for bags”.

It’s clear that my money neither paid for customer service nor quality. That’ll teach me to try a new butchers.

Pleasant and very patient and helpful staff. Their meat is superior to all other butchers. They also strive to help you find the quality of cut you need. Been shopping there since they opened and go nowhere else. They also have bargains on a regular basis.

Omg! My sister and I both purchased turkeys from Mallons. They HONESTLY were the nicest turkeys we've ever had - moist and full of real flavour. Thank you so much. Love the staff there too all so friendly and helpful throughout the year. All their meat is of the highest quality. Highly recommend

Absolutely the best ever shop is spotless the quality of the meat is amazing and as for the staff goes well just drop in and judge for yourself most pleasant bunch of guys . Even Damian himself is quite pleasant.
