Recently started going here after never buying meat from a butcher before. Super friendly staff, quality meat and packaging and the smell when you walk in the door.... it can't be beat. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!!

We try to get steaks here whenever we can. Just had two 7 0z tenderloin filets and they melted in our mouth!s! I never leave reviews but this place deserves this 10 times over!!!! They are the best people serving the best meats!!! Always great service and I feel like we are eating a 5 star meal at home whenever we buy anything here. Their own spice blend is also amazing. I have never been disappointed in anything from this place!!!!! So thankful to have this place near us.

Such a bright spot in the community, I love how quality the meat is compared to the chain stores. Just zero reason to get meat anywhere else in Granbury. They will make the cuts you ask for and even carry some harder to find steak cuts or will find it for you. Shop local and stay local.

This is the place my family and I go to get our meat and chicken when we’re in town. There’s a huge difference in the quality taste than just the regular grocery stores products. I have used C&J’s ground beef, chicken, bbq sauce, steaks, & even their convenient can goods for my family meals. Always a great way to enjoy my family meals and know I cooked using the best ingredients near me! Thanks guys!!

They have the best tasting meat.I mostly buy beef and it’s tender and very good. I don’t buy meat at the grocery store anymore. Try them out you won’t be disappointed

EXCELLENT customer service! My first experience was great. I left a local butcher there on 377 because the quality of their meat was terrible so decided to try look for another butcher and found C & J and after talking to him about my experience with the other place, it really really made my first time worth coming back for. I explained to him how the last time I ordered from the other butcher shop, I ordered 2 extra 8 ounce fillets, and when I went to pick them up, the lady that worked there literally admitted that she only gave me 5 ounce filets AFTER I paid and learned the price went up, I just wanted what I paid for, so after talking to Chris the owner of C & J about that experience, he literally GAVE me a “sample” Package of smaller fillets to try and they were the bomb dot com! The quality is soooo good, unlike the other place. SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS LITTLE GEM! I WILL BE BACK!

Such great choices/quality of meat, eggs, even produce! Their smoked chickens are so good for a great price! Friendly staff 🙂
