From the very first contact we had with Chris right through to the full completion of our Sun Room, this has been the one of the most positive customer experiences we have had. Project Managed brilliantly from start to finish, an excellent team of tradesmen who turned up when they said they would, took enormous pride in their work and the result is a fit and finish we are absolutely delighted with.

From Chris’s first visit, as we were not too sure what we actually wanted (we now the difference between a Conservatory and a Sun Room!) he gave us great advice and supplied us with a variety of quotations with various options to choose from.

We selected an option which has a Guardian Roof and we can certainly see now the build is complete why these are so popular with people replacing glass roofs, the 3 separate lots of insulation in the roof means the temperature stays constant in the room and the roof looks amazing from the outside.

Having now gone through the whole process we are delighted to report that the build was carried out not only on time and within budget, but Chris also ensured that the build was completed without delay and to the very highest quality standards.

It is clear that Chris has excellent relationships not only with his Tradespeople but also with his suppliers and this all adds up to a very positive experience for his customers. It is clearly evident why 80% of this Company’s business comes from recommendation.

We have just had our windows and doors replaced by C&G Windows and they are fantastic. From first meeting with the owner, Chris; to the installation being completed, it was a genuinely easy experience. There’s no hard sell, no waffle and no false promises, what Chris said would be done was done. He made recommendations based on what we wanted and they don’t disappoint.
The installers Ian and Phil (really nice guys too!) worked non-stop, were very professional and meticulous in their work and left the house spotless every day, the entire installation took three days and is just beautiful. The quality of the windows and doors is obvious and the finishing touches are perfect.

We previously in 2016 had Chris and his team here to install double glazing throughout our home, our front door along with gutters and facia’s. Outstanding job, and from 4 years later and now needed the back door replaced, there was only 1 person I wanted to call. The gents arrived promptly on the Wednesday morning and replaced the door without issue. We had just fully painted our kitchen and expected would need to repaint at certain bits, no re-painting needed.
Would recommend C&G to anyone and have actually recommended to my mum and step dad.

We've just had 11 windows and 2 external doors replaced by C&G. We've used this company for three properties over 13 years & would not go anywhere else. Chris quotes a more than reasonable price each time, does not pressurise you for a decision or try to 'negotiate' with you when he quotes & is always on hand if there are any queries. The team that fitted the units did a great job & are polite, friendly and hard working. Highly recommend them!
