I make an appointment at 3pm, by mistake I went to another practice, because it has a very similar name. So we finally arrived to the correct place 5 minutes late, then they tell me that they can't see my son, because we are late, just when it was only 5 minutes. We are very punctual , but we are humans, things like this could happen. At the end we couldn't see a doctor and my son is still in pain. Thank you Butler Village medical centre

I have seen Dr Berman since the opening of the practice.
He is the nicest doctor I have encountered.
He is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, listens and provides the best care.
Dr Berman is the very very best.
The reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

We recently moved to the area and my husband made a first appointment with Dr Tan, when he appeared home 10 minutes later I asked if he got seen that quick. He then advised me that when he told Dr Tan that he is recovering from prostate cancer he was basically evicted and told that he is not taking on new patients and to go back to his cancer team. Why did they give him an appointment and get him to fill in new patient forms if he is not taking on new patients? I work in the medical industry and I know he had to take a Hippocratic oath but clearly means nothing to this disgusting man. I think APHRA should be made aware of him,

I had an appointment booked with Dr Joel Tan at 09:30 in the morning and I had to wait until 11:10am to see him! I can understand having to wait 5-10 mins extra but the fact I had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes is infuriating and completely unacceptable. Although the reception staff did apologise on numerous occasions not once did Dr Tan apologise when I told him how long I had to wait for him.
Looking at the reviews which mentions him many times I can’t understand how he is still allowed to work at this practice. Absolutely useless.

I book with Dr Tran when he is the only doctor available as I already know from previous appointments he is constantly running at least 45mins late. I have even been sitting in the waiting room for 20mins and watched him walk out of the centre for his lunch for 30mins. I really don't know why he is still at the centre.
Dr Keating however is fantastic and so helpful!!

Don’t waste your time. Booked an appointment for 930 was still waiting 45 minutes later. I suspect they practice over booking and hope some people don’t turn up ended up canceling appointment on the spot drove up the road and got a walk-in appointment at a different doctor surgery

Had an appointment with DR. Joel Tan for the first time ever. He greeted me in the waiting room and was very friendly. He listened to my concerns and I am very happy. Although the waiting time was a little bit long the first time it was worth it and I’m happy I’ve found a good doctor. Definitely reccomend 🙂

I have been coming here to see Dr. Dennis Berman since 2018 and since moving to Perth in 2012 I struggled to find anywhere where someone actually took the time to listen and understand.

If you are looking for a Doctor that will listen and take the time to actually help you with any problem you have then I could not recommend Dr. Dennis Berman enough, finally a doctor that has an amazing skill set and an actual want to help people.

Another thing with this practice is that its rare that you have to wait longer than your appointment is booked for, and if you do then please understand it is not a time management problem from the practice, it is actually just the Doctors spending the time with their patients to actually get things right because they take the time to care.

Also reception staff are nice and friendly and do a really good job.

Would not go anywhere else.
