I have been attending this centre for years, Dr Hubka has been excellent, pays attention and i dont feel rushed during appointments. Montanna has also been fantastic in reception any time i have attended/called- thank you team!

Very disappointed in their service
I phoned early one morning asking if a doctor could phone me as I could not make it into the surgery due to being weak and dizzy
Was told to have my phone with me as a doctor will call me- this was 8am and by 5pm no phone call so when my husband got home he drove me to St John’s clinic.
Still no phone call the next morning- I find that very much a lack of care why tell me a doctor will call me when none did
Clearly there was a lack of communication between receptionist and doctor or they just didn’t think I mattered

Dr Vanessa Tagaylo is the best doctor I've ever seen. She is so thorough and doesn't leave anything to chance. I always feel like the problem is properly dealt with and she listens to my concerns and symptoms. Couldn't recommend more!

Had my first visit today and very impressed. Reception staff are friendly and courteous and I waited only 2 minutes to be seen. I saw Dr Gad whom I highly recommend. He is professional, courteous and listens to what patients say and respects their opinions. He offered me choices instead of dictating treatment. Overall, a professional, courteous service service with no waiting time. 5 out 5 stars!!!

After an entire week of being in pain and being shoved in all different directions from other doctors I could not be more thankful for the help and treatment I received from Dr Jaswinder Buttar, he was willing to take me in and listen to what was going on and finally after a week I am starting to have some relief in my pain, not to mention the Ladies on reception were ever so kind and I am super thankful to both ladies and again Dr Buttar for there amazing service and help! Thank you 😊
