Good practice with good Doctors but some of the doctors overcharge. Dr Mon charged me over $200 for one session.

Don't know if you can get bulk billed until you see the doctor.

I needed pain medication for my severe spinal disease. I went to my appointment which is every fortnight. I was told to find another doctor who will bulk bill, only after I had started the consultation. The consultation was cancelled as I could not afford it.

On a Disability pension with cost of living skyrocket, bulkbill is essential.
My rent alone went up by $40 per week, this month.

Ask which doctors bulk billed, l was told I would have to make appointments to find out as it is up to the individual doctor.

Why does the reception not have a list for the doctors willing to bulk bill when a patient is on a pension and financially on the bread line!

We got the service from this practice for 6 years. When I was lack of experience and knowledge as well as the language barrier. This practice's doctor put his interest before the patient. I can not believe the medical industry used sales skills to expand their profit. The damage the doctor has done are significant. I recommend every patient checks their health record. Level "D" is the most expensive level the GP can charge you. Which you have received unprofessional advice.

Some of the GPs are good, some are dismissive of any chronic illness other than diabetes, asthma, or heart disease.
Most of the doctors assume that patients don't know the difference between wellness blogs and peer-reviewd articles. If you do have an interest in medical research, some of the GPs will assume that you're a hypochondriac, rather than a person living with a chronic illness that is not well understood.

As a condition of entry needing to have a mask I unfortunately do not have a mask so as I entered and explained this I was asked if I have one in my car I replied no I don’t or I’d have it on then I was asked if I had a appointment as I did hence why I was there and the receptionist said they have a mask I can buy for $1 having no money on me I had to leave if it is condition if entry then they should be supplied to the patient free of charge as this appointment was for my mental health that I now could not attend I’m hoping I can now get three another day being here Thankyou

Unfortunately I am writing this review a precaution to others , recently been having venesections from Busby Medical Practice Bathurst , after I callapsed a number of times afterwards , I discovered that the Nurses were NOT wearing gloves on inserting needles ( contamination ) , nore was my blood weighed correctly and incorrect blood was being extracted on a weekly basis , I then later found out that my paperwork was not filled out at ALL for 2 visits ( not good book keeping) also to find out Medicare was charged for procedure not carried out on myself , Busby issuing a refund to Medicare THIS POST IS TO MAKE YOU AWARE OF THE PROCEDURES CARRIED OUT AND WHAT YOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF... This is not to scare your doctor at the practice ...but please be very careful
