Terrible and worst receptionist I have meet. I booked for an appointment today. The doctor was sick, fair enough. So the receptionist rescheduled for another time for me. We went there 20 minutes early and guess what? the terrible receptionist let's other patients who just arrive jump the queue and skips ahead of my appointment. What is the point of making an appointment when they do this. So rude rude rude with no care in the world. Never ever coming back to this medical centre again. She needs to find a new job as she has no sympathy for customer service. If I could give a zero rating I would!!!!!

Very convenient location and the staff are always helpful. I’ve been coming here for many years and I have always had good experiences with the doctors. I make an appointment through the hot doc app and usually if the wait is a while due to an emergency or something I’m always okay to wait (it is a westfields after all).

Had an appointment today for two of my boys with Dr Leo Gong. He’s was great. Built an immediate rapport with them and they were comfortable to chat about their issues and concerns. Great doctor in a convenient location for medical centre inside Westfields. Booking appointment was quick and easy and staff were friendly.

The wait time at this place is seriously problematic.

There is one receptionist here who wears glasses looks to be of Malaysian descent as all reviews have stated - she is incredibly rude and unhelpful.

When I ask questions, she responds with impatience and a condescending attitude. It is clear she has no interest in assisting me or making my visit any easier.

I have seen her be equally rude to other patients. Including telling an old man clearly needing medical attention that “you are only a walk-in, sit down and wait” when he ask questions

Customer service is such an important part of healthcare, and unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would highly recommend improving the demeanor and professionalism of the front desk staff.

I am a new patient of Dr. Trang Le, she is a very friendly and good doctor. She helped me do a cervical smear, it was not uncomfortable and painful at all that I did not know it was done until she told me she was done taking the sample for the cervix. She helped me take my blood pressure as well. I have a very lucky day to meet a good doctor like her. Thank you again Dr.Trang Le.

I would like to express concern about the lack of professionalism displayed by the receptionist during my afternoon visit. I had an online appointment scheduled for my first post-discharge consultation at 2:30 pm and arrived 11 minutes early, fully understanding that waiting times could extend up to an hour, which is still normal and acceptable. Due to my lower spine injury, I had to remain standing to avoid the discomfort of sitting.

After waiting for almost an hour, I started politely inquired about if my place in the queue is the next patient. Instead of providing a clear response, the receptionist simply mentioned that patients with a 2:20 pm appointment were still waiting, which I understood. However, when I followed up again to check my status, I was met with a rude response: "I’ve told you five times already." in front of all waiting patients.

This situation reflects not only a lack of professionalism but also a disregard for basic courtesy and empathy. Professionalism and compassion should be the foundation of patient care, and I hope this matter is able to be improved.

The doctor is good but the asian lady receptionist with glasses was incredibly rude. She was very condescending when asking for my details to book an appointment for me. No please or thank you, and she incorrectly repeated my personal details OUT LOUD which is so unprofessional. Not to mention she was coughing and sneezing everywhere without a mask. She only put one on after serving me. Her coworkers are much more helpful and friendly; she is the worst one in this medical centre.

So many reviews on here mention the rude receptionists, so not surprised with other patients' experience.

My first time at this Medical Centre today and was greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk who was very helpful. I had also spoken to 2 understanding receptionists earlier, on the phone, as I was running late due to an awful car accident that had happened which caused long delays.
The wait to see Dr Kitty was minimal and it was a friendly, cooperative and efficient consultation.
My experience was positive and I will happily recommend the Centre to others.
