Thank you to Sue, Kahn, Claudia, and Dr Arulventhan for my appointment yesterday.

I'm especially happy with my interactions with Sue (technician) who explained everything to me that was going to happen, including the time each thing was going to take. This helped to manage my expectations - and it helped me to be patient, as I knew how long I had to be still for in the machine or how long I had to wait in the waiting room.

I am also quite detail-focused, so knowing what was going to happen helped to re-assure and calm me. And I found Sue also very positive and cheerful.

I'm grateful that this three-hour treatment was bulk-billed - thank you so much to the owners of this business for choosing to bulk-bill your patients.

I had booked an appointment for my mother. I tried to change it but the receptionist was so rude. First she said, they don't do them every day with an additute. Then I said I could do the week after on Thursday so she snaps and says, I just told you we don't do them every day. I asked her not to speak to me like that. And she hung up in me.
