Strange to see so many negative comments for Dr Miranda Lau. My experience with her was very nice and my whole family has been seeing her for years.

However the wait time is very painful. It takes forever and pure luck to get through the phone line to make an appointment and you still need to wait for at least 30 min to see the doctor. I sometimes feel that Miranda is rushed but I can understand and try to be brief and on point when describing the problem. At the end of the day, it’s a business.

Between a soft spoken doctor that always tells me to take Panadol and a tough one that can treat my condition, I choose the later one.

However, I’ve called 15 times so far today, the phone number is simply “busy”. Looking for a new GP now, hopefully with a bigger waiting room too.

My family has been visiting the center for over a decade, I would give the centre a five star if it’s not because of Dr. Miranda Lau. We love all the doctors and receptionists but her. There have been a few times that she was the only option if we wanted to see a GP on the same day. We came out of her room with bad experience EVERY TIME. She is judgmental and unprofessional, with negative attitudes.

The worst service I’ve ever received in a medical centre. I had to call and ask for the hospital address I’m going to have surgery on the day. The receptionist Deci hang up my phone call and told me to google it. I paid for the service fee to see the doctor here but she said it’s the hospitals responsibility to tell you their address and keeps wasting my time in stead of sending me the address. Simply as it is. I called again and said that I want to complain and she said whatever. Go for it. When I asked her manager or boss who I can talk about it she said she does not have any information about contacting them. Poorest customer service ever.

Today I was trying to make an appointment with a GP that my child has seen a number of times in the past. Unfortunately, I was told that because my child did not this doctor in the past 12 months, he is unable to see this doctor anymore.
I am totally shocked by what I was told! Thank God I have a healthy baby who does not need to see a GP THAT often JUST to make himself an eligible patient!
And I highly 'appreciate' such a 'unique' way that a medical practitioner refuses her young patients, absolutely no professionalism or respect at all!

When you have a sick family member , and ask for a little help, the attitude of the reception is awful. They show no humanity and very rude. They didn’t get enough training how to talk with respect and I don’t think they are qualified to work at the front desk and communicate with the patients.

Booked an appointment to grab the analyse report and I arrived 10mins ahead while I still have to wait more than 1.5 hours. The reception just keeps letting others skip into my queue and telling me I am the next. They don't respect my time at all
