Dr. Shi is a very good family doctor. My whole family has been with him for many years. He is passionate with his work, when comes with patients he always uses his extensive knowledge to patiently explain to every one who has something confusing. I would love to recommend him to all my friends!

I have been seeing Dr Xingguang Si for more than 10 years. My health has improved significantly under his treatment and care. He cares about the sufferings of patients with his rich practical medical experience and noble enthusiasm for doing good to others, which greatly comforts the patients. Recently, my hearing has deteriorated until I became deaf and could not hear any sound. Under Dr. Shi's treatment, my ear canal was unblocked and ear debris was thoroughly cleaned out. Now my hearing has been fully restored. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Shi for this. The experience over the years has convinced me that Dr. Shi is a good doctor with excellent medical skills who truly cares about the sufferings of patients.

Booked a follow up appointment with Dr Shi but receptionist informed me that no appointment existed when I got there. Poor attitude from reception as well with no apologies. Would not recommend, go somewhere else instead.

I was referred to see Dr Shi by my parents who have been his patients for many years. He is one of the most caring doctors I have met. He always takes his time to give the best advice to myself and my kids. I travel a long way to see him but I feel that it’s worth my time as I trust that he will alway look after my family’s health.

Our whole family have been seeing Dr.Shi for five or six years and he is still our family doctor even after we have moved to North West. He is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful GP I’ve ever seen. He can always solve our problems or ease our concerns by giving useful advices and right prescriptions that really works.
