I wasnt happy with the waiting time but it all depends how the previous procedure goes. Ie if its complex.
Dr Meridith was so nice that called me down. And he is thorough with the details he needs, i was impressed. And he doesn't rush the time with you. And the ladies at reception are great. But the ladies in the clinic were outstanding, so kind, funny and generous. I'd wait this long again for this amazing service.

Dr Pillay, Katherine and all the staff here were very pleasant, efficient, professional and caring when I attended for my treatment this week. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice and they even phoned me the day after to check I was OK. Thanks to you all! John

5 Stars for Dr Rahme...but disappointed with attitude towards waiting times.
With colonoscopy the patient cant eat solids for the previous day and there is restricted diet for the day prior...considering all this why cant the waiting times after admission be managed to max 30 minutes? I waited for more than an hour and a half ...staff consider this Normal!...Not Happy...this could certainly be managed better

Absolutely disgusted with the service & treatment by Dr Rahme. His duty of care is absolutely appalling and I will be reaching out to the HCCC. I do not recommend Dr Nabil Rahme at Burwood Endoscopy centre! The receptionist is also rude and miserable!
