Rude receptionists, picked up the call judged when i ask if they cover bupa insurance, started saying other medicals charge more. LOL. Such a joke and the she hung up the call before i even finish.

Doctor John Lee is a very caring and holistic doctor. He is detailed in asking questions and checking to fully understand your situation. Highly recommend. Shout out to the lovely staff on the reception desk too!

Called up and booked an appointment for my wife on Saturday for the earliest available slot which wasn't until Sunday 12:20pm. Agreed that was fine and then confirmed details and what she needed to bring to be admitted. She rocked up on Sunday at her allotted time and they said that they had no record of her booking and there was no availabilities at all.
Very unprofessional. Will not be coming back here

Came here with severe eye discomfort due to torn contact lens being stuck in my eye. Receptionist was kind, but doctor refused to look at it. I was advised to go to hospital ED. For something which can be resolved by rinsing the eye and removing the lens. Just need a good light and someone to fish out the lens. Yes, in the end, I did it myself.

I have booked on 9:10pm but I have waited for more than 40 minutes and one of receptionists told me there are 4 more people waiting ahead of me. So I have left without hesitation.
They were not even saying sorry to me when I told them I'm leaving.
-Bad attitude toward customer

I am thankful to Dr Kyaw who, with assistance of the Discount pharmacist Isaac, gave me a much-needed prescription on the spot after 8pm - when the one I had from a Hospital had no prescriber No. It was a much-needed antibiotic I urgently needed for an infection. Thank you!

Having the worst pain and the doctor was just typing in the computer, very rude. The receptionist was the only one that was nice.

If you can, go somewhere else.
