Booking for my wife a long way out. Wait time over 1hr. No apology. Wouldn't send paperwork to pharmacy without another consultation (8 days). Worst practice attended in 60 years. Seems like owners filling all roles with immigrants and forcing them to delivery for money not health.
Pharmacy aligned with (or owned by) consultancy? Didn't hold repeat paperwork, for local resident, from consultancy next door. Wouldn't take time to consider alternative legal options for fulfilling a critical prescription.

Worst doctors ever. Even refused to refer me to a closer doctor in the bay from same group practice. Screwed up travel subsidy forms, not follow up on emailed letters from specialists, knows nothing about thyroid autoimmune diseases, gas lights when they don't know and prescribes without discussing ie prescribed me Vioxx. Big list. Do not recommend.

That is a minus 1. Worst experience ever. Would not even consider my medical history and would not give me my monthly prescriptions for chronic pain from lung cancer and compression fractures. What is "My health record" for I walked out in tears. Never again.

Also I got my temp checked and did the hand sanitiser etc for COVID 19 but the medical delivery man could come and go as pleased without sanitising or temp checked. Not happy.

Unorganised and unapologetic. The doctor yelled at both my father and I cause we sat in the ‘wrong chairs’ and then told my father who has suffered a stroke and can not communicate properly to ‘shut up’ when he tried to speak. Worst doctor I’ve ever experienced. Never go here.

Not happy! Was burnt badly causing so far 3 weeks of antibiotics to mend the frozen burns off my both my hands. To much pain I believe for this type of treatment. Still not healing. Why did he hurt me so much!

The reception area was set up to enable social distancing. The wait was about 15 mins after appointment time which is to be expected, and not too long. Dr Enkay is great as always making the experience bearable. Thanks.

Rude receptionist. I called to see if my granddaughter could see the doctor with her mother as it was urgent and got shut down and didn't say thankyou for calling, goodbye, nothing.
