I saw Dr B mid November and told him I was mixing up some words. He listened to me and sent me for a brain ct. to everyone’s shock I had a Brian tumor. I am very grateful to my doctor for all his care and concern especially over the last few months.

I am so happy that I started coming to this Medical Centre, after having my first skin cancer check with Dr Bakshi I required 3 biopsies and one skin cancer removal from my nose. Dr Bakshi is one of the kindest most caring Doctors I have ever met, he talked me through each step, reassured me, explained everything in great detail and answered every question I had as this was a first for me and quite daunting. He is gentle and ensured that my surgery was done neatly and carefully especially considering it was on my face. I cannot recommend Dr Bakshi and this Medical centre enough, the ladies on the reception are always so lovely and friendly. Claudia the nurse is kind and gentle and always helpful. Thank you Burpengary Station Medical Centre for providing this community such great service and care.

Have been seeing Dr. Lee for almost 5 years now. He is by far the best doctor I have come across. He cares about his patients so much (even too much that he always makes himself behind) to the point he’ll even stay back an extra hour to make sure he has covered people on a cancellation list. Never found such a caring and hilarious doctor that’s always right (inside joke). The reception staff are always accommodating and will go out of their way to make sure you are looked after and even squeeze you in when it’s not physically possible half the time (This is aimed at Alexis). Couldn’t ask for a better practice, doctor and receptionist. I couldn’t never attend somewhere else. I’ve been cared for so well here and always been listened too and taken seriously even when I am always laughing at Dr. Lees humour. Love these guys and recommend for anyone to go here who actually needs their health to be cared for. Dr. Tarun is also another amazing doctor and go to his full length to make sure you are catered for and all things that need to be checked are looked after. By far another great great doctor 😊

Front line staff were attentive, calming and efficient. Minimal time in the waiting area. Dr. Sam and Dr.Andy are always punctual and respectful. When actually attending our appointments, they explain everything in detail and offer options (this was for skin checks + surgical procedures for skin cancers). I have 3 generations now visiting this Clinic since opening and I must say no matter what age , we always leave informed and content with treatments offered.

I find all staff very friendly and they will go out of there way to help you if they can. We have been coming to this Practice since we moved back to Brisbane. We see Dr Sam and find him very friendly, it is very hard when you go to a new Doctor after only having one Doctor for years, so it is hard for them to learn all about your Medical Problems that my Husband and I have been deeling with for years, but are hoping as time goes on he will get to know us better.

From the moment we walk through the door at the surgery we are greeted by the wonderful and helpful administrative extraordinaire. She is always cheerful and polite. Yhe wait room is comfy and roomy and there's even a pathology within the surgery which is convenient. Dr Bakshi & Dr Lee are such compassionate, experienced and professional doctors. Our family have been under their care for a long time now and we wouldn't think of going elsewhere due to the wonderful care my family have received from them both. Thank you for the wonderful care!

Lovely receptionist, very helpful and friendly.
Nurses are also great, our one bugbear would be start time, often waiting after initial doctor appointment.
Doctors are friendly, pretty punctual.
All around pretty good 🙂

New to the area and a saw a GP elsewhere prior to attending this surgery. That GP was a waste of time which led me to this one. Generally pretty happy with the service however I do find the appointed 10 -15 or so minutes a tad regimented. I understand why but questions that need to asked/answered are limited. Overall a good surgery with the receptionists being cheerful and accomodating. In view of the other negative reviews most involving Covid...surgeries have a duty of care to patients in the surgey and must abide by the health rulings so an alernative solution could of been to sit in an emergency dept and not be seen for several hours. It's all comes down to informed choice.
