Fast, efficient, friendly, professional staff. It turns out we had to have extra health tests for a Visa migration health test which the government didn't book.
The staff arranged the required x-rays then and there so we didn't have to make another appointment and travel from Hervey Bay back to Bundaberg. Thanks so much.

I called to this medical centre to get a Driver authorisation medical check up and the elderly lady explained me that I have to book 2 appointments separately because I am the new patient and I asked the price and they said it would be $75 for each consultant as they will get my details in first appointment and in the second appointment they will get my driver authorisation medical check up to be eligible for taxi driver, that sounds very unusual but I was still okay with that.
but when I visited in person today and they said that the fees will be $90 for the first appointment for the Driver authorisation test. It will be $180.
Holy shit.
Probably the staff isn’t trained properly and they just saying the things they even don’t know about them and the other thing that they just making a money that way because no one takes two appointments for one thing

First appointment with Dr Eletu, he was very very professional and not unlike the other doctors I've seen. His main worries was my mental health, pain management and continued support for my health. This is the first doctor besides my psychiatrist that has been supportive of working with my health issues rather then enforce a large excess bill and provide minimal support.

The only issues he had was with my ADHD medication but I only get them and clonazepam prescribed by my psychiatrist.

I had a appointment with Dr Beauty and she was amazing. She was so sweet and kind, you could clearly see why she was in this job. The reception people were lovely and the whole appointment go more smoothly. Overall I would highly recommend this medical centre to anyone who is look to change doctors or is looking for one. ❤️
