These amazing people have helped me start my medical transition. And no, TERFs, it's not a one and done 2 minute convo, it was half an hour first session with 2 being needed for assessment.

Rudest, most disrespectful staff I've encountered. The main offender, Josh, with his self righteous attitude told me quote, 'I don't care. I don't care what you think or do. ' Absolutely no empathy or customer sevice skills and definately should not be working in any role that involves patient care. Disgraceful individual.

Honestly one of the worst Diabetes centres I've had the mispleasure of dealing with. Organisation and filing in this place is generally useless, the diabetes educator prefers to push products down your throat than actually understand your needs, and the endocrinologist I had was genuinely one of the worst I've ever had. Generic advice paired with a lack of empathy.

I would not recommend this clinic to a single diabetic who requires genuine help. If you're in control, then I'm sure it's passing, but even so. This place barely meets the bar for mediocrity, let alone actual help.

Psychology services are great from what I hear. I will give them that.

I have just seen Dr Pieter Jansen, an Endocrinologist, for the first time. I think this practitioner needs to be commended for his politeness and thoroughness. It was a pleasure to meet him. Indeed the whole experience with reception and the nurses was very good. Thanks very much.

I was seeing Dr de Silva & he was completely unprofessional. He doesn't listen to you & if I had listened to his advice,I would've ended up a paraplegic. He loves to say that "everything is just in your head",especially if you have depression, cptsd.
Wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE.
The ladys in reception are really nice & supportive though

Google maps has faded out local streets almost making them disappear. Now I can't find my way around! So frustrating.
