One of the most pleasant experience I had so far with BUPA! Very efficient, and everything went smoothly. All the staff were friendly and welcoming - from the people at the front desk, receptionist, doctors etc. Will definitely be selecting the city branch from now on.

It was very fast, staff was helpful and attended to things quickly. I had to do 4 tests (XRAY, blood sample + eye test, and general check with a GP), all were done in 45 mins although I was expecting it to take 2 hours.

As instructed, wear something easy as we need to change the top to take the chest XRAY. The locker has space for a backpack and a few more, anyway take only the essentials.

All in all the experience was much better, despite low overall ratings

Very sweet receptionist, greeter/navigator, Dr, X ray technician and blood drawer. I was very pleased and felt very welcomed, and they were aware of my anxieties. Very organized and got done in less than an hour for me.

They have a lot of work everyday and it is challenging to manage it; I applaude the effort, the kindness and the general organisation of the place. It is a bit hot in there but nothing to worry about.
