Today I did my visa medical check up at Bupa Sydney City. Everyone was very welcoming including the concierge and the doctors. The whole process was really fast, only took an hour for me. Place was very clean and hygienic. I booked online and the website is also user friendly. Overall, I really recommend. Thank you, Bupa.

The reception was very welcoming, with delightful sweets and a warm greeting from a sweet and smart young lady. The rest of the services, from entering the information to the doctor’s assessment, were extremely professional and hygienic. Everyone was so polite and kind. In short, it was perfection. I made an appointment for a medical check up at 8am this morning and the receptionist herself at the entrance, the receptionist inside the medical centre, the doctor and the nurses were all very nice. The staff at the window with the glass in charge of checking the passport and verifying the information had a terrible attitude, and I could clearly see her impatience and arrogance when she asked me a question the first time and when she realised that I didn't understand what she was saying, she repeated it a second time with great impatience. There was no smile throughout and an extremely arrogant attitude which made me feel like I was being discriminated against.

The medical staffs are so friendly and professional. Shoutout to Dr Sam for being so awesome. The concierge in the medical room is also very friendly.

I had a really good experience here and I'm one of those people who doesn't do very well in medical environments. Every staff member I spoke to was so patient, helpful and caring. The nurse who did my blood test (I think her name might have been Ling...apologies if I'm mistaken) was so understanding and friendly and allowed me to lie down while having my bloods taken as I usually have a fainting reaction. The whole facility is really well organised and I was able to see a female doctor on request. Although I was advised that I would have to wait a little bit longer for that, the wait time was only around 10 minutes! They're doing a great job here and thank you again to the staff for putting my mind at ease during my appointment.

It was supposed to be a simple blood draw for a visa and my arm is completely swollen and full of bruises, I can barely move it. You should hire more qualified professionals to perform these tests.

Polite staff, appalling wait time. One doctor down. Seemed only 50% of the counters were manned at any one time for the initial vetting. Recommended but don't turn up too early expecting to move through.

Went here with my partner on a Tuesday morning for the visa health check. They said to allow 2 hours but it only took 30 minutes. Staff were friendly and it was fairly clean and quiet and smooth overall
