Always very busy and waiting times can be long although staff are helpful once you are seen, only reason to visit was to cancel policy due to an increase of almost 10% so moved to another provider.

I’m a member of Bupa, I was totally disgusted in the way this office now operates, on arrival I was told politely to enter my name on the touch screen an someone will call you when THEY are ready, nothing on the screen to say how many in front of you, possible wait time, just sit and wait for them. This system needs updating to give this information and even a time to come back once logged in to avoid wasting time.

Went to ask some general questions about my insurance policy. Was served by someone called Tristy, very rude and unprofessional. Didn't have a clue about what she was talking. Instead of helping and answering questions she was just rude and dismissive, when asked if she could help me or not, she just rudely asked if I wanted someone else to help me after waiting for 20 minutes for my turn and to wait for someone else to be available. Just a waste of time

Choose a different provider and save your self hours of bouncing around different queues to different people who are polite but completely useless. Staff need more training to be able to answer policy related questions rather than transferring you to another queue and hoping you will hand up.
