I've had nothing but trouble with Bupa Australia. The service is incredibly poor, and the coverage is far from what they promise. Getting assistance is difficult, and they rarely resolve issues in a timely manner. The overall experience has been frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable health insurance. 0/10!!

I recently went to Bupa to change my policy after I got my medicare, Prayash was very good in explaining everything to me. I was a bit hesitant about keeping private insurance after getting medicare but Amrit and Prayash provided me knowledge about the benefits that Bupa has that medicare doesn’t cover, they gave me the best possible advice on which cover to have. 10/10 for service and willingness to serve me!! Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Highly recommended...very helpful staff members..especially Amrit was very kind, informative & calm. He explained me the policy in a very clear & precise way which I was not able to understand before. The waiting can be a bit longer though in the queue but when it's your turn they won't hassle you.

I am really impressed for his quality service. I have never seen such person who can explain the policy such a way which make easy for us to understand and he always helps us to get the best outcome from the policy. His service is beyond the professionalism.. he always gives adequate time to us, every time we left this centre with smile on our face. Whenever I visit to Bupa Casuarina, even i have chance to talk with someone, but we always wait for him, as we know he will give us the best service.
