In my opinion this is one of the best Bupa health insurance branches in Sydney. Most of the team members are friendly and welcoming. Specially “Miss Amanda” is the best because she cares and listens to the clients sincerely. Also she provides her best effort to solve clients queries. Please accept my apology to leave negative feedback (to the wrong organisation) few days ago. Instead, I'd like to praise Carole and express my highly appreciation from her kindness, patience and friendly smiling when received me. In fact, I was over satisfied from her service, because Carole listened attentively, explained clearly with well analysing, answered all my enquiries and helped to make my first dental booking efficiently. I was impressed by her professional and efficiency. Few days after on 2 Apr, I returned and complained about the treatment I received from smile line dental care, Carole showed her empathy towards my horrible experience from them. Another assistant Kelly also showed her kindness to ring them and help to find out who served me straight away. Sooner, Carole helped to send a complaint letter for me and was willing to help me make another booking. I received a forever excellent service from Bupa health insurance in Bankstown central, because my voice was heard and I felt so comforted by talking to them. Lastly thanks so much for your great help Carole, and I was so sorry to make a big mistake by leaving a complaint to the wrong organisation. Hope you are not getting in trouble. My bad!

Worst health insurance I have ever been with for 2 years I have been paying for ivf cover they said yes we can cover and I I chose the 90%rebate so I am paying 125$ a fortnight as I was doing ivf they said you need to go to a sepicallest that is with bupa as I did so they said we can cover I was ecstatic to hear I was doing my tests and everything and they go I we can only cover the hospital fees so just for the room I was out 11500$ out of pocket and they said we won't cover anything eles
