Wish to thank the staff at BUPA at Pottsville for their care of my husband for four weeks whilst overseas. We called it his four star hotel not nursing home. Friends who visited him were impressed with the facilities and staff and encouraged them to stay for lunch.

We truly enjoyed touring Bupa Pottsville and getting to know the place. Natasha showed us around, and there's nothing quite like a personal tour to capture the unique qualities of each facility—the warmth, the spaciousness, the light, and the genuine affection between staff and residents. Seeing the smiles and interactions, like the ladies waiting to get their nails painted, was truly heartwarming. Pottsville itself is an idyllic place to spend your later chapters! The staff from administration, nursing, carers and reception are most helpful and courteous when we need any issue of Dad's health addressed. Staff are most obliging to help in whatever way they can to make Dad feel at home.

My dear friend Jean loved her respite stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Jean was well looked after .
The garden area were wonderful to sit outside and have coffee it was clean and tied.
The home has a lovely coffee shop its well set up were you can make your own tea coffee & biscuits.
We even had lunch with Jean in the dining room the meals were very nice. Jean has no hesitation in going back there for another respite stay.
