The whole team at Bupa Mount Sheridan has made mum’s transition to aged care an easy one. It was a tough decision but with their expert care and support I know it was the right one. Nothing is ever a drama and they accommodate all of my mums and our families needs. There are a range of activities and families are always welcome and encouraged to attend all the fabulous activities, celebrations and dinners. Thank you for all that you do it does not go unnoticed and we are extremely happy with the services. They are also very responsive if any issues do pop up. Since arriving at Bupa Mount Sheridan on 10th February 2025, we were welcomed by the wonderful staff with opened arms.

Mum has thoroughly enjoyed her stay here at Bupa, the staff have been so wonderful, kind, loving & caring towards Mum and our family, when we visit each day throughout the weeks.

Mum has also enjoyed the daily activities as well, she has made so many new friends, it's been a wonderful experience for her and the whole family.

We have enjoyed having lunch and dinner with Mum in the dining room, hats off to the Chefs and the wonderful hospitality team for serving delicious meals throughout the whole 3 weeks that Mum's been here.

We would definitely recommend Bupa Mount Sheridan to our family n friends!

Staff are so polite and caring, from the Administration Staff, cleaners, Cooks and Caring Staff. Always helpful, and making it easy for me and their clients. When my mother needs to go into a home this is the one I would like her to stay here. She is currently at Leval 3 with aged care.

Bupa staff look after my dad really well. As my dad is high needs and hygiene is really good. My dad is always getting his 3x meals a day and coffee and snacks 2x a day. The carers and Nurses do there best to look after my dad, they are always friendly and happy to help. It is handy having a GP at Bupa and have had to use this service a few times. Bupa as a whole is very clean, including my dad's room and bathroom.
