I’m a relative of two residents and they've expressed to me that they’re very happy with the care and support they’ve received thus far. The staff are kind, caring and professional. Bupa Ashbury offers interesting and stimulating activities, excursions and incursions. Keep up the great work!

This is an old style nursing home. They have shared rooms that do not have bathrooms. In spite of this the manager of the home is putting in a great effort to cheer the place up. She has very little budget to work with from Bupa. Bupa are most concerned with profit. The manager of this place is determined to make the most of what little she is given and she is impressive. Well done to the manager and her team.

What a relief to know that my loved ones are safe and happy at Bupa Ashbury. The team is so welcoming and have created a joyful, family like atmosphere. Most importantly, my loved ones are treated with kindness, dignity and respect.

What a wonderful aged care facility is Bupa Ashbury! This is due to the wonderful staff from the manger Alice, Dipa, and Laisa to Care staff to Lifestyle staff and Hospitality staff. They go out of their way to help the resident and their families. The most caring, joyful, polite, eager to please staff. Keep up the good work guys!

It is such a pleasure dealing with the staff at Bupa Ashbury. Everyone is super supportive, helpful and caring. Knowing that our loved ones are being looked after with the same care of family is so reassuring. Thanks to Kathy Padilla and the amazing team at Bupa Ashbury for all that they do - everyday. We are blessed for their ongoing care and commitment.

Hi everyone at BUPA Ashbury where my son is a very happy Resident. The last two visits I have had with Michael have been wonderful.
One, Chris a Music Therapist came to do a one on one session with Michael. It was wonderful to see him respond to this session and the Staff to join in.
Two, my last visit was when BUPA Ashbury staff were organising a Mini Olympics competition with BUPA Ashfield and had Gold, Silver and Bronze mini cups for the winners. This was a lot of work for the Staff and they were all so happy to be doing something that all the Residents could join in. It was lovely to see and know that my son was being so well looked after.

I enjoy living in this Aged Care Home for several reasons.
1.Staff are very kind and care about the residents living here.
2.There are many interesting programs organized for residents on a daily basis. For example bus outings, people coming to the home to play instruments and sing.
3.Residents are also able to choose food they would like to eat.

All the staff are so nice and caring and my brother is so we'll looked after, thank you all. The Nursing Home would be so different without the friendly staff. I would not consider ever moving my brother because he gets the best care possible where he is. My brother now gets music therapy to help him and my mother and I watched, we both cried, Michael came to life.
