The lady that I've encountered at the front desk, is quite abrasive and uncaring. She told me that I have to wear a mask, despite the mandates being dropped and, because I can't due to my anxiety, she treated me like dirt and made me sit outside in the cold. However, she was completely fine with me being inside unmasked when it came time to pay their high fees. With regard to the facilities, the doctors room was tiny and cramped. Almost resembling a storage area, rather than a room. I went to Cornerstone Family Practice instead for my next appointment and the place is spacious and clean. They were all very lovely and much more reasonably priced too- bulk billing for children and pensioners!

While the practice tends to be busy and wait times can be prolonged, the doctors here have always been kind, caring, attentive and dedicated. Dr. Sherley especially has been wonderfully supportive for mental health consultations, providing a safe environment and friendly, expert advice. Highly recommend.

The worst practice i have every dealt with.
If if could put 0 start i would.
I had an employee attend this practice under workers compensation for nearly 2 years. With minimal progress and long wait times and poor communication Dr Carlos really dropped the ball.

We then decided to move to a different practice and Bungendore medical centre wont send through the patient files to the new doctor claiming that they're too busy. Its been a month just to send a file.
Within that time the patient has been in and out of Emergency basically in limbo because the new doctor doesn't have all the information.

Not patient care
No clue
No way id every recommend this place to anyone.
