I have lived here for the last few months and it is not a dry house people drink in their rooms smoke drugs in their rooms
Sit out the front on the grass and do both drugs and drinking
I have had drunk people come home and want to fight me or keep me awake all night
It happens every week depending on who gets paid
People don’t clean up after themselves in the kitchen or fall asleep drunk at the table in their own food while the TV is blaring
I would not recommend this place at all and will be moving as soon as I can

Let alone how run down the place is with cockroaches everywhere the people that live here don’t care about the place throw cigarette butt’s in the yard and rubbish on the ground.

This is what u get for $170 a week
I finally had to leave after I was attacked by a fellow housemate with a knife the realestate didn’t care and the so called caretaker wanted the culprit to stay so I had to leave he is still living there a month after I left this is how Felix Grasso cares about it’s tenants at this place they don’t as long as they get the rent from the government it’s all good to them
