I honestly cannot recommend all the beautiful nurses, AIN’s, Anaesthetist Victor and Dr Rasika enough. I had a procedure done and everyone that took care of me were so beautiful and caring. They all went above and beyond taking care of me and making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I am so grateful I had such amazing people

I had a procedure yesterday,
From the lady’s at the front desk to the nurses and doctor's, they were all amazing, caring and showing their professionalism in their roles , their funny humour and Christmas spirit made the day so much more pleasant..
The only 1 negative was the sandwich at the end was stale .. but hey their are worse of people in this world

Absolutely can’t praise the staff at the place enough. Super efficient, friendly and professional. In and out in record time. No sitting around waiting for ages. If you need a day procedure, this is the place to go.

I recently had a procedure done at The Day Hospital. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was a problem. The whole team works as a well oiled machine. The coffee machine coffee was fabulous. It happened to be my birthday (the young lady at the front desk realised this) when I first checked in, I had a great time wishing for my next procedure!

I was in here on the 13th Dec, for day surgery. I was an "overflow" patient from the public system who, due to the urgency of the matter, couldn't wait, and was seen by the private system in place of the public. Every interaction, with every person, at this hospital was first class and more than I could have hoped for.

I recently visited the Bundaberg Private Day Hospital for a minor procedure, and found the entire experience very positive from start to finish. The nurses, assistants, reception staff, anestheseologist and attending specialist were all friendly, efficient, caring and professional throughout, with great attention to detail and precision in everything they did. I would happily recommend this day hospital to anyone - the standard of care is excellent.
