I dont think i have ever had a bad experience while attending this practice, Dr. Bai is experienced in his field and always makes me feel looked after and listened to.

Very poor communication and professionalism throughout the clinic, doesn’t look welcoming and didn’t feel comfortable with the doctor/ receptionist at all.
came in at 4:15 appointment was at 4:30, no one greeted me and left me sitting there until 4:30 called out twice from the front as they had a hand written sign saying “don’t come at the back go sit down” 4:30 came around and no one has seen me yet, so i went out the back to see if anyone was even there, the doctor came out before i got enter his office to him saying “go sit down you’re not allowed back here” i replied “i didn’t know if anyone was here and its time for my appointment” he then proceeeded to say “i saw you” so you saw me and didn’t think to welcome or say hello to me which is very unprofessional. he did a few things on the computer and made me feel very uncomfortable taking to him. i left the building before going into the actual doctors appointment stating i don’t feel comfortable and left straight away

I would definitely not recommend going here if you are seriously concerned about melanoma. Did the check standing up with clothes on (shorts and a sports bra). Took about 2 minutes. Receptionist was not very welcoming. I do not like writing bad reviews but my friends dad died of melanoma that doctors refused to take seriously. The doctor didn’t check my chest or my back side and it honestly feels negligible.

Please do not attempt to psychologically manipulate the situation. I was NEVER asked if I wanted a full check without clothing on. And since you hold no accountability I will be reporting this officially.

DO NOT GO to this clinic for a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP), or any health concern at all! Not even worth the 1 star!

Doctor Bai did not follow process or exhibit the basic duty of care required of a Medical Professional:
- Doctor Bai didn't sit down at all during appointment and instead stood over me for the entire 10mins I was in the "office".
- Doctor Bai did not take notes... again... this was for a MHTP... Notes should be taken to reference in said MHTP…
- Doctor Bai advised that I make a specific appointment for a MHTP via the appointment link. There is literally no option within the appointment link to say that the appointment is specifically for a MHTP.
- Mentioned very severe risk factors that warranted a very real need for a MHTP. This was not flagged by Doctor Bai . Again I stress... No notes were taken at all… Not even a baseline DASS-21 was completed.

I was able to get an emergency appointment at my usual clinic the next day, and received proper care for a MHTP. After the emergency appointment I found out that Doctor Bai continued to lodge a claim in Medicare for a MHTP, which essentially barred me from claiming for one with a doctor that actually followed process.
What could this Doctor Bai have possibly claimed? No notes were taken!? Literally no care whatsoever was taken by Doctor Bai.

I see that I am not alone in the level of care I received. I have made a formal complaint with the Office of the Health Ombudsman – and would strongly encourage those who have had such terrible experiences with Doctor Bai to do so also.

To Doctor Bai, please bear in mind that any responses to this honest and truthful review of my experience with you will be documented and added to the claim against you.

The receptionist is incompetent!!! She has absolutely no idea what she's doing, spoke to the receptionist about what I was booking the appointment for and at no time did she mention the doctor wasn't fully licensed. Even filled out the form before hand stating what I was there for. I rocked up with my implanon I had just collected from the chemist and the doctor apologised for his stupid receptionist not doing her job. The DR there however was very nice, just avoid the receptionist.

No fan, no air conditioning, and no open windows—it feels more like entering a hell than a clinic. The doctor also charges $1 for a mask, which is not a requirement by Queensland Health anymore, appearing to be an additional side business for him. Payment cannot be made by card, and instead, you're required to transfer $1 via BSB and account number because the doctor avoids the minimal EFTPOS fee. The absence of a receptionist is predictable for the same reason. Frankly, since there are other Bulk Billing doctors available, visiting this one seems pointless, except for proximity convenience.

Sandra Mann is the client making this review. I would never recommend this place I am actually looking at legal aid for the damage the did by cryoing stitches where I already had a scc excised when I pulled my arm away he sprayed straight across my face just missing my eyes. As for the office the only thing between me standing there in my bra and big plate glass windows out to stafford road was a whiteboard there seemed to be no electricity on in the practice. They just disappeared after the appointment before yelling at me I owed them $1 for the mask. I believe this practice is dangerous to anyone suffering from actual skin cancer and would recommend they see someone else immediately
