Forgot to check that my arm was numbed properly before cutting a part of my skin out and charged me 570 bucks for it. Wasn't too pleased but thought that I would at least get the answers I was looking for. Went back 2 weeks later to be told its not psoriasis or eczema but definitely a form of dermatitis which is a fancy way of saying we don't know what it is but its definitely a skin condition. Not very helpful. I was waiting to hear what the next step would be. Would they suggest different tests, perhaps refer me to a specialist or maybe just get more information off me that could be helpful considering iv been suffering with this for the last 5 years. Nope. They simply gave me yet another prescription for another steroid cream (that I obviously won't be using) and sent me on my way. Massive waste of time and money, clearly don't care.

I have seen Dr Scott Webber and he is a fabulous dermatologist. He is kind and friendly. His examinations are very thorough to be able to provide the correct diagnosis and treatment required. He explains his diagnosis in ‘layman’s terms’ and also his suggested treatment. I have had excellent results for the condition he has treated me for.

The reception staff are also friendly, helpful & efficient whether on the phone or when you see them in person at the practice.

To the girls at the desk and the nurses and finally Dr Scott Webber. I had a great experience. My procedure was somewhat personal but not once was it perceived that way by staff. I was made to feel comfortable and valued. Very clean and well organised practice. I urge anyone with any from of discomfort and nerve to come here. Everyone will look after you. Start to finish was an A+

I am from Canada and I have an extreme case of psoriasis. Dr Scott Webber and the entire team (shout out to Jade) has been an amazing support on my journey in Australia. I have been on Taltz injections for years and struggled to find accessibility to my medication in Australia. Dr Webber and his team have gone absolutely above and beyond the necessary actions of the clinic. I am endlessly grateful for their assistance and kindness. 5 stars isn’t enough, 10/10

I came to this clinic with the express request that I would be seen by a compassionate doctor who would help me find out the causes and triggers for my condition. I explained
That I had seen another clinc which had left me feeling very sensitive about my skin, ignored, out of pocket and without any results.

I clearly stated I was only able to afford this appointment with the express wish that I would be treated with kindness and compassion, and If they could not deliver on that, then I would continue my search elsewhere.

The reception team Assured me that their clinc would be able to assist.

To be very frank, I did not have a kind or compassionate experience. I was not explained what the medications I was given were for or what they did or what to expect. My situation had limits of how much they could do, which is understandable- but the way this was communicated to me was without any concern for my feelings nor aligned with the treatment style I had explicitly requested from my Dr.
I left my appointment crying but did resolve to focus on following the treatment plan the Dr had set.

When I reacted very badly to both treatments - facial blemishes to the point I looked burnt - I had to take two days of work. I Sought out their nursing team.

I did Not receive any aftercare support.
I did not get any answers to my questions about the medication I was given. "Was it safe to cease mid script? Should I be expecting to see specific results or changes? Was my reaction a concern or to be expected? Would it cause further damage? Would I recover in a certain period of time?"

I Was offered a second appointment with the same Dr I had seen before - at my own cost!!
At this point, I did not wish to see the same Dr and no longer trusted this clinic with my care.

I have since sought after a refund for the cost of my appointment as I do not believe they took my explicit request or needs into consideration when making the appointment. I was not given the service I was promised, nor was I given basic support as a patient. I expressed my request for a refund so I could afford to pursue another dermatologist clinic for help.

The management had since investigated my request for a refund and responded that I was not given anything less than their usual level of service and that I would not be receiving a refund.

To be completely truthful, the reception team is genuinely very nice and went the extra mile to assist when possible.
In addition, I would like to mention that the laser tech I saw was very kind and patient when I was feeling especially vulnerable and emotional after my initial appointment.

If you have been helped by this clinic then I am glad your experience was not like mine.

If you are looking for a clinic to handel your treatment and health with patience and compassion, one who you can trust to fork over nearly $300.00 for the consultation alone, and one where you can trust that your patronage is valued and appreciated:

If you are looking for a dermatologist, then this is the place to be! Dr Webber has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, is very professional, superb chair side manner and listens attentively to your concerns. I highly recommend him and look forward going back for my annual skin checks.
