Dr. Saritha is the best doctor I have had since living here, she is personable, takes what you say seriously, and most importantly is receptive to womens health concerns. All staff here are so kind, the receptionist who works tirelessly for the good of patients providing information and the in-house pathologist ?

Hubby & I moved to the area 4 yrs ago & started attending this surgery. I have a medical background so feel comfortable commenting on this medical practice. I was very unwell for quite some time and Dr Seekuri was tireless in his efforts to help me. His diligence, care, knowledge & good humour buoyed me while I was so sick. Similarly, the other doctors at the practice plus nursing & clerical staff are also excellent & very helpful. Could not be more impressed. A+++++

I was a patient for sometime ( disability pension) so I couldn’t pay especially after being with him for over 15 years/ I believe when “”covid hit” and the phone calls started everything changed ( I remember one time I said excuse me please don’t speak to me like that as he would never have in person ( like many that I have talked to) I have found an amazing doctor who knows everything about me without any judgment) but I know I’m going to ask for my records and I believe because he just hung up on me - and better off because I’m no longer with him ( and I don’t believe I should pay for my records to start with there mine and secondly/ he made mistakes that could have been critical to my long term health ( one instance I went for a Pap smear but he insisted I pay 75$ so I went to the hospital and I was seeing him 3 weekly at this stage and asked about when they come back and told me everything was good/ I then 2 years later got a letter from Gosford hospital telling me that it’s no joke I have to present myself to the hospital for biopsy ( and then I said I wanted a Pap smear but I can’t by he’s wife ( as it cost 75$ And this was 8 years ago or more but every single time I did it came back without results ( apparently it happens, maybe once but really)?and at this time I decided to just go to hospital as I’m on a disability pension and can’t afford $75 but he wasn’t the best doctor ever but I needed a doctor that knew my circumstances and he took the practice over or maybe I should have checked everything out but we trust doctors to much as I was seeing him face to face for at least 15 to 20 years and the government really gave the doctors to much trust as far as I knew a doctor 15/ min appointments and I thought there was a procedure put in place we’re the doctor who gives u certain meds should see he’s patient as Ty least 6 monthly and must every year and I never seen the doctor for 2 years or more and he could right whatever he wanted in my file that I believe I shouldn’t pay for any changes asi talked to someone about the fact all he had to do is ask ( why I opted out, so doctors didn’t have any right without my permission to access my file but he obviously didn’t know just thought he had the right ( u didn’t by the law that was put in place ask for access as I believe in privacy but if we believe that we have a right to privacy ( we’re hiding just ask out of respect. Other doctors have and never a problem so I’m going to ask for my ( as there my records and u hung up on me as I believe as with a lot (now if you’re bulk billed the same will probably happen certainly within time , a doctor that seems to care face to face but it’s completely different ( the service of how were treated) and I wouldn’t look back I’m actually with a doctor that cares and believes that the patient no matter what is priority (a doctor that is about money and sadly Australia is going that way or has ( Medicare is ruined because of not only the doctors that took advantage ( who at 230 pm has another 20 patients ) or even 5 so I’m hoping there’s no reason why they wouldn’t just give a woman 54 In disability pension her files ( our files about us ) I had a plan and it was put in motion by a doctor that gave his time ( so there are good doctors just hard to find

The doctors are lovely and make you feel comfortable and right at ease.
They take the time to get to know you and your family and seem very committed to what they do.
it is an amazing practice that offers the option of bulk-billing as well.

The doctors who took over Budgewoi Medical Centre 3 years ago are superb doctors - friendly and really make a difference.Caring and make you feel better the minute you meet with them. The staff are terrific also

This practice has proved to be the most difficult at which to make appointments that I have ever known.
To add to that, I have today (6th July) attempted to make an appointment for my wife only to find it was closed, with no explanation, when I phoned. I had to go to the premises to find a notice on the door saying it was closed from 30th June to 11th July. Whilst I and my wife are able to overcome the inconvenience it is most unsatisfactory and, in my view, unprofessional that not only does the voice message not explain the closure or give its duration but there has been no provision for cover, either by another practice or a locum.
I have given one, undeserved, star only because it is impossible to comment without doing so.

replying also to a previous post yes the surgery was closed but another dr could not be found to cover them, things happen and they are the nicest doctors around so dont believe everything you read,
