We had a great experience. Initially called the sister clinic at Mooloolaba and couldn't get an appointment so Lauren checked availability at Buderim for us and offered a same day appointment for my sick infant. At Buderim, the receptionist brought out some bubbles to entertain my daughter while I filled in the paperwork. Dr Tony was kind and thorough, explaining everything as he went. We felt very well looked after and would highly recommend this clinic.

No bulk billing what so ever. STOP MAKING OUR BASIC RIGHTS DISAPPEAR. Greed. Don’t go here or leave a bad review. We the public need to push for change. Bring back bulk billing for ALL.

This clinic is an absolute rip off.
Have been charged for a full skin check to look at one minor spot. Have been charged to cancel an appointment which was not able to be attended.
The doctors are useless and have no care and the receptionist is happy to just keep on taking all that money for nothing

Paid $99 for a referral and to argue with a “doctor” that couldn’t spell, didn’t look at ANY history prior to my appointment, refused a cancer patient a medication prescription (when my already oncologist approved it). Because SHE didn’t know anything about it..

Do not recommend.
$181 FOR A 7 MINUTE FULL SKIN CHECK.
Used to have doctors who seemed to have an interest in your ailment but those seem to have left. Constantly getting new doctors.
Very expensive and waiting room often looks empty.
Receptionist is nice.
Doctors seem to have no interest in you all about the fees.

Poor communication, very unhappy with the medical centre. The receptionist are lovely and nice but not helpful at all. I waited over three weeks for them to ask a doctor a simple yes or no questions and kept being told “I was on their to do list” when i called back every week for three weeks. Eventually I gave up and went to a different doctor surgery so they could look up the answer for me.
Their communication is overall terrible. They gave the hospital my incorrect contact details for me which has delayed me getting surgery. As the hospital was able to contact me to let me know they were ready for me.
The hospital have been waiting on the doctors report for them to organise the surgery and they have not been able to receive one. No doubt from my experience is because it takes months to be on top of their to do list. (It’s been two and a half months now and they still never got back to me).
Would not recommend going here, extremely disappointed. I would’ve really liked to have had my surgery by now and not be in this constant battle of finding more issues that this practice have created in this already frustrating & debilitating situation.

I have been using the Buderim Family Clinic for GP services for the past 2.5 years and have had wonderful results in terms of general maintenance of health. The Care Package they organised has taken me off prescription pain-killers that I had been using for the past 8 years. I have found the doctors professional and knowledgeable and the desk staff friendly and courteous and recommend the practice as a first stop for medical issues.

Booked a last minute appointment here for my daughter when I needed to see someone short notice. I had read bad reviews of this clinic in the past and avoided it. We saw Dr. Charles Evill and he was very kind. He was really great with my 2 year old and I would recommend him to take a small child to.
