Without doubt, it was the worst gym I've ever experienced. The culture is disgusting. No one cleans up after themselves leave weight, etc, lying around everywhere. I came in one afternoon the place was a mess so I mentioned it to staff and I was told to go find another gym that's how this one is. If management dont care, why would anyone else Everything is extremely outdated, and the place is unsafe.

From some of the previous reviews was not expecting too much...... however was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. There are around 8+ different areas/ rooms to work out in. From body building, boxing, cardio, functional strength, power lifting and everything else in between. Was just going in for a little while, however ended up there for a few hours. Wasn't busy when I went and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Will be back....

Even if this gym cost a quarter of the current price, I still wouldn't recommend it. The equipment is old and outdated. The rooms are cramped, offering very little personal space, and the air quality is awful and stuffy. There are barely any windows, making it feel like a prison inside. Signs are posted everywhere about what you can't do, which creates a negative vibe. Every wall is covered with multiple signs stating what's not allowed. We get it: we need a towel to train, wear closed toe shoes, and we shouldn't spill water at the drinking stations. Every wall though? The environment is terrible, but it's the only gym in the area, which is why it gets any business. It's clear the owners have no respect or care for the people who use this space. It's worth driving to the Mullum Gym where the new owners have really transformed the gym into a great space.

Just visiting for the week. Week-long pass is super affordable. Heaps of equipment - some older than others - but you won’t go wanting of any equipment! Enjoy.

Possibly the worst gym I’ve ever been to. Equipment looks like it’s from 1965 and there’s such little equipment it’s impossible to do a proper workout. No air con in some of the rooms, sweltering in the heat. Owners could invest some $$ to actually provide a proper service to paying customers.

This gym doesn’t allow me to cancel so easily, I tried cancellation and they keep charging me for months costing me over $250 of my money, but understanding there terms and conditions this does not include the $100 cancellation fee
