The receptionists never answer the phone. Constantly waiting on hold for in excess of 10 minutes and then directed to leave voicemails. Yet when you enter the clinic three admin workers are sitting at the desk - not answering phones and taking forever to acknowledge your presence?

Doctors there are lacking. Saw a doctor for support with sleep as I have post natal depression and she told me to “practice mindfulness and drink more milk”.

Won’t be back here.

Iron infusion-
The whole process from first contact at booking to the actual procedure was so seamlessly easy and professional, whilst still having that care factor from every single member of staff.
I felt well informed and was kept up-to-date.
The friendly, courteous staff are a bonus when in a medical environment.
My experience was definitely a positive one. Thank you.

I used to rate this place highly but not so much anymore. They have cancelled my appts on more than 2 occasions. In addition I recently had a ph consult booked for 1pm Sunday. Sat around waiting til 2.10pm when I received a text msg stating the dr is not available and they would contact me to reschedule. 4 days later and I still haven't heard from them. Never going back again. Such a waste of time.

My GP Dr. Ali Gilani, is the best GP I have been treated by since my arrival in 1979.
He treats me with great respect, patience, and concern for my health.
May God bless him for that. I am forever grateful for having been blessed with him as my Doctor.

I have been attending this practice for two years and see Dr. Fola. He is very professional and quite good at his job. I have several medical issues and he is always making sure the treatments are working and adjusting them as necessary. He also explains why and how the treatments are needed and any possible side effects. One of the best GP's I've had the pleasure of being a patient of.

While the Doctors are amazing the reception / admin staff make it hard to want to return.

Phones are frequently diverted when attempting to call at the start or near end of business hours if the clinic does not close early for various reasons.

Extremely frustrating booking an appointment with them , cancels appointment without advising you ; silly head receptionist that’s not at all helpful ; absurd rules where if you need to see the same doctor about a number to things you need to book again as they don’t allow their doctors to consult on multiple things on the same day - they advise you to either see another doctor on same day or book for another day. In a time poor society this clinic operates extremely inefficiently and should be thinking about patients, not thinking of ways to maximise profitability by having people book in multiple days when they can get issues all resolved on the same day. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for professional care.
