We saw Dr Meg in Paeds for assessment today, the moment we walked in we felt years of weight lifted from our shoulders and felt heard. She is brilliant, caring and does so well at hearing and answering questions, while caring and listening to your little one and meeting their needs.
We can't wait to meet with her again. Thank you so very much for your genuine care and level of expertise, you are a real asset to any team you work with, we feel very lucky to have you on our child's medical team.

Had an appointment for a filling in my front tooth that had come out. Found my appointment was the best I have had in very many years. Did not feel the needle at all and found Sam to be so good and caring. I think he is fairly new in his position, but what an asset.

Beyond useless for mental health, particularly if you're disabled due to a mental health condition and stuck on a pension. Was told to "just go private" for long term care and to pay hundreds out of pocket for private if I wanted to access a psychiatrist for a medication review. Was made to take multiple repetitive and long winded intake interviews, with different people asking the exact same questions, constantly being passed off on to different teams. The only thing I achieved after more than a month of reaching out for help from these people due to my severe clinical depression, begging for antidepressants and access to a psychiatrist (with a detailed referral from my GP) and not being given access to either of these things .... Thanks to this "community centre" and their absolute failure of care, I now actively look forward to en-ding my own life.

Dr.John Clark is the best Dentist I have encountered.He is truely a professional,as I have never met a Dentist where I have never endured pain after an extraction.
No Dentist has ever performed the skill that Dr.Clark has when extracting my teeth as they are embedded into the Jaw bone.

Made a booking 3 months ago, they cancel on the day just before appointment. Just sent sms it is cancelled. This happened 3 times. So ridiculus!!!

I have never had any issues here. Specifically in the child health department. Megan is amazing and excellent at her job. The reception ladies are always kind and promptly sign you in for your appointment

One of the worst dental clinic, whenever I call I'm always on hold for at least 20-30min and when I request a call back they don't call me back until the following day sometimes no call at all (so if you missed your appt and "didn't call" to cancel they won't book you for another appt). The staff members are very unprofessional I always see them chatting instead of attending calls. Definitely give 0 stars if I could!!
