I was so greatful and lucky enough to have had Oliver answer my call this morning. He was so helpful, I was worried about my mums medication running out being Jewish new year my mums doctor was not available. Oliver said to me don't worry I will do my best to sort it out. Within 20 minutes the problem was solved. I've never had this experience from a receptionist at Bronte medical before.

As an aged patient I'm pretty much confused being ask such a strange question - that's the only impression linked with my today's visit... It was a standard consultation and all was normal as it should be (and was over tens of years before without asking!) - no fireworks, no canon balls, no extravaganza! - all WAS NORMAL! - as it should be, I hope... I just didn't expect that NORMALITY might deserve an extra price - that's why I'm a bit perplexed...
Nowadays, a "Post Office" requires an extra pricing (a positive one, of course!) after practically each post delivery - do you try to imitate them?!... Would you consider it normal?!
You do a standard, normal job, and they do the same - why to make a fuss about it?!...
Each professional, earning a decent money, should aim to be proud of him/herself performing a good work and gaining more clients - that's all!

Friendly, welcoming staff at Reception. Doctor was very warm and engaging. Listened to my concerns and asked follow-on questions. I am looking for a new GP after my lifelong GP recently retired. Happy to say I have found my new GP.

At Bronte Medical Centre you receive individualized, personalized treatment. I did not feel like a number being passed along a conveyor belt. My concerns were dealt with and excellent treatment given.

Nurse Practitioner (Del, I think) was great. Walked in off the street, he saw me straight away. No fuss, knowledgeable, and proficient.

Reception staff saw to me quickly as well and welcomed me immediately.

Will definitely return.

Lovely reception staff. Debbie is so lovely and helpful. Dr Inna is an Amazing Dr, so thorough and just a Beautiful, kind and compassionate. I definitely recommend this surgery. There are other Dr's there too who are great. Nurse Kate is very good and thorough.
