We love Dr Caroline Hardy but feels like the practice or whole system is broken. Basic admn things like blood test results or script renewals you’re forced to make another appt and costs $120 each time even after an initial consultation. Reception aren’t helpful. Simply can’t afford to stay here. Sadly it feels more about the $$$ then the patient now.

Dr Felicity Minogue has been our family dentist for the past 14 years. We have moved from the area but are happy to commute to see her. We have always found her to be approachable, informative and compassionate. We also find her receptionist Effie friendly, helpful and wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend her .

Absolutely fantastic doctors - efficient, professional & caring. We switched after terrible service and mistreatment at a nearby practice and multiple recommendations for BFD. Switching to Bronte Family Doctors was like a breath of fresh air - appointments are mostly on time (wow), staff are knowledgeable and importantly, up to date. Ignore the negative reviews on here!

My experience here was less than satisfactory. I organised an appointment with a certain doctor the day before, but was given someone else when I arrived. The receptionist was curt and the doctor's advice was poor - basically referring me on to someone else.
Today I consulted another doctor from another practice about the same issue and feel I got the advice I needed without needing to see a specialist.

Extremely poor service. Doctors are late all the time for appointments ans clearly do not respect patients time.
I waited for over an hour to be seen and eventually had to cancel as couldn't wait any longer. Receptionist useless in helping. Will be going elsewhere from now on. Don't waste your time!

My 18 months old son was prescribed a wrong treatment by one of the doctors in this practice. As a result of misdiagnosis his condition rapidly became worse. As we found out later from a specialist professor, the cream that was prescribed has actually aggravated his conditions and caused my son and our family a big distress. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Don’t waste your time or money and don’t expect a diagnosis, unless your willing to play 100 questions. We have been going here for 9 months now and have found repeatedly poor service from the doctors and receptionist. They are more concerned and quick to take money while not offering up any help or information. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Our whole family is grateful for this practice, in particular Dr Hardy, who is whip smart, extremely knowledgeable, and really knows how to listen and think through a broad range of strategies. Thank you also to Effy for all the top admin, instant Medicare rebates and smiles.
