We are travelling and my 12yr fell Ill. We have been here from Monday night 7th October and I have nothing but praise from the emergency department through to where we are on the ward now. We had ro go out for a MRI and the patient transport I believe her name is Donna she was beyong brilliant. We are hoping to get discharged soon

Travelling through and ended up having to take my daughter to the hospital via ambulance. Was so nervous as we were in a different state and a town I wasn’t familiar with. I cannot fault the ambulance service or the hospital staff (doctors and nurses)
Everyone was fantastic and gave the best care to my daughter. Thank you 🙂

I come from Far North Qld and have to say I’ve never seen such incredible service from hospital staff, especially in the ED where they’re always busy and even more being in a rural area. The triage nurse is absolutely incredible, so kind and friendly and the emergency specialist was fantastic also. Super efficient service, we were seen within the hour. Thank you so much to the staff, I hope you know how much your services are appreciated!

This hospital was amazing! My 4 month old had a busted ear drum and the staff were bloody brilliant with him. Quick to get us in and seen. Helped me out as much as they could!! We are just travelling through and it was the best hospital experience I have ever had! Top job guys thankyou all again

Dr Gavin Mills should not be in a position of communication with the public. His rude, abrupt, self entitled manner is not suitable for a role where patience and empathy should be present.

Very unprofessional. They try to tell parents how to parent their child and make you feel very uncomfortable. They have no knowledge or care to patient's and will do nothing but judge you. maternity ward treat new parents really disrespectful. I don't recommend this hospital for new parents. They go against your own rights and will degrade you in any way possible...
