Can’t thank the staff member and nurse who helped myself and husband today with our appointment. The nurse especially who went out of her way to make sure we had our immunisations today so we were not having to come back again was just amazing. Thankyou all so much for making our appointment run smoothly

Lovely waiting area. very caring and supportive team. Very little wait time to see the doctor. Has their own pathology too.

Service and wait times are usually for going to the doctors.
Only reason for review is the waiting room has one massive sky light and on a 35+ day it's not fun sitting and waiting in the sun.
Air cons don't seem to be set at an adequate temp

I had a scheduled appointment, and waited over an hour. I asked Receptionist why she didn’t inform me and delay my appointment, and the reply was “Dr is running late, Let the Dr know”.
Receptionists control appointments and obviously overbook the day. Or else the Drs are very slow.
Poor service indeed.

If I could rate lower I would. Absolutely terrible staff, they think people don'thave lives of our own & running late is such a crime. I was running late, it wasn't by much either. 5 minutes at most & they cancelled my appointment which was an necessity for me. Before I leave. Would not recommend

Poor service.

Call and wait on the phone for over an hr before anyone answers, to simply make an appointment.

Front desk gives wrong information
Because they don't enquire on your behalf, they just give you whatever answers you want to hear or they just say they don't know.

All foreign doctors, some with very poor bedside manners. One female doctor I saw was very unclear and not at all sensitive to my issues. She spent the entirety of my appointment staring at her computer monitor. The reception staff are a mix of friendly faces and grumpy old women. Although there is a nice cafe and a pharmacy which opens until late, I would not recommend this centre or its staff for medical care. It is unfortunate that Broken Hill does not have a higher quality GP clinic of this size and modernity.

In need of a urgent script refill/ repeat for anty depressant and because I WAS GETTING UPSET which will happen when you need a repeat for anti depressant medication Beth hang up on me.
Not my greatest day I know. She should have put me onto somebody higher up.
