I have not been with Broadway since Jan 2023. I received a bill for $250+ in Aug 2024. I have called the billing dept 2x. No call back. I still keep getting harassing phone calls for supplies i never received…but i sure received a bill. Broadway do better!!

So friendly and nice they were amazing. We were treated so nice by the sales lady Mor Lee. The process was very easy and we were out the door in under an hour after trying multiple chairs. They even let my daughter have the display teddy bear because she really wanted it! Highly recommend.

They are completely unreliable. They don’t deliver when they say they are going to, but try to deliver when you’ve told them you aren’t available. They also take forever to do paperwork, work with the doctor’s office and insurance. It feels a little bit deceptive to hold onto a chair our insurance (Medicare) paid for weeks ago, because their delivery guy “just isn’t available.” I don’t like them snd will not use them again.

Waiting to hear back from the trucking supervisor. The driver tore my front glass door up and said the door got away from him. No. Not going to fly here at this house. If they don't fix it, this review stays up. Careless. And didn't care!

Brianna was very friendly, efficient, effective and had me instructed on use of my new nebulizer within ten minutes! Very thorough and helpful. They were ready for me shortly thereafter me calling ahead. Easy no hassle with my insurance company. Very professional and highly informative!
