I have been a patient at this practice for many years and very much appreciate the treatment I have received there over the that time. I value having a dedicated GP who knows my history but when she is absent, other doctors have been able to fill in for her and provide treatment and access my record. The presence of a pathology provider and a nurses section at the practice makes it possible to get a number of services at the same place. Recommended.

I had a very complex presenting biology. The Dr. was through, kind, understand and attentive. It was my first visit to this centre, as I live in Newcastle, but had an emergency health problem. I feel assured that my care was all it could be and am appreciative as I am an aged pensioner who has been v healthy during my life.

Genuinely shocked that the practice can run 1 hour and 15 minutes behind schedule and not have a system in place to notify patients. Complete disregard for people’s time.
I wasn’t gonna leave a review, but they emailed me asking me to after I specifically requested to opt out of any emails.

Staff are all excellent, with close ongoing care and friendly, personalised attention to every detail. In addition to the thorough amount of listening, empathy and careful diagnoses, they access all necessary tests, scans and imaging in providing the best services I have come across in Sydney inner west area. Can’t recommend the Broadway General Practice medical services too highly.

Absolutely fuming. I’ve been a patient at this excellent practice for around 25 years or more. This morning I was kept waiting for 50 minutes to see someone other than my regular GP.

When I was admitted I received no apology nor explanation from Dr Li, and after no more than 5 minutes, was billed for $70.

The doctors here really listen and are quite pleasant. The Reception ladies were friendly and professional. I'm impressed with the quality of physicians working at this medical centre.

Dr Robert Balzer is the best GP I have had the fortune to have met and to have as my doctor. He is understanding, patient and takes onboard all of my health concerns. His advice has been invaluable and I thank him sincerely for the time and empathy he has shown. He has even phoned me, out of his work hours, on several occasions to check on how my health treatment was progressing which was so very much appreciated.

Broadway General practice apart from very convenient location, has great doctors (my fave is Dr Cosgriff) and also wonderful nurses/pathology. Speedy service with the check in machine definitely makes a difference too when in a rush/on a timeline.
